TRANSFERABLE SKILLS ANALYSIS

This service is for participants who are no longer able to do what they used to do for work and are interested in transferring their skills into something other than what they’ve done before. Our process is designed to help clients identify their existing skills and strengths, and determine how those skills can be applied to different job roles or industries by our careful and extensive analysis of their work history and past accomplishments. In the end, clients can establish a new career path and position that is consistent with their interests, skills, and values. Following the identified career path, we seek current employer requirements and expectations for the position, as well as the ideal potential candidate profile for the position of interest.
